Working in a team can be a great experience, or it can be a
horrible experience, some steps can be taken in order to avoid the latter. If you have ever worked in a team that was a success,
then it must be clear as to what team members should avoid, and what to strive
for. Often, teams are not always successful,
and that is what should be avoided at all costs. If team members successfully participate
in there time together, people will be able to accomplish what one person cannot.
Efficient teams need support from not
one person, but from everyone that is working together.
